AQER's Awards  will be announced according to the following calender. There may be slight modifications of the last dates of receiving applications and announcement of awards, which will be announced on the website time to time. All applications are open throughout the year.  The Decision of members of Jury is final and applicants has to respect the final decision of Jury.

All awards will be presented in an Annual function held in and around Hyderabad. The date and venue of Annual function will be announced on the website, fifteen days in advance and all the award winners will be intimated personally. If the award winner could not attend the function, he/she may receive the award through Indian Postal service One week after the award function is completed.
